Cancel & Refund Policy


Typically, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Processing of the order starts immediately, hence please contact us as early as possible if you want to cancel the order. Once the order is dispatched we are unable to cancel the order.


We are always available to ensure the art you see, is the art you get. If you're in doubt, you can always ask for additional images of the artwork.

When an art work is packed we ensure that there are no defects or damage to the art work. If at the time of packing we identify that the product is defective or damaged, we will ensure that it is rectified. In case the product is not rectifiable then we will refund the full amount.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please also click the photographs of the defective product. Please email us mentioning your Order ID and along with the photographs of the package showing the tampering or damage. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and make sure that it is exchanged and delivered to you or a refund will be made as per terms and conditions.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, if the product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
